promio.net successfully launches the customer engagement suite promio.connect and thereby replaces the previous platform promio.mail. For years, promio.net has offered a reliable and solid platform for digital customer communication. For the launch of the new software, promio.connect received two Bronze Stevie® Awards in the category "Best New Product or Service" at the German Stevie® Awards.

promio.net's cloud-based software combines the latest technological knowledge with a rich experience of more than 17 years in the market. The relaunch is intended to offer users the best customer engagement software on the market in terms of IT architecture, functionality and usability - promio.connect enables the central management of individual and fully automated customer communication along all touchpoints of the customer journey - via a variety of communication channels such as email, SMS and InApp notifications.
